It’s hard to believe, but that’s how much time has passed since the market debut of the first cosmetic product by Delia. Behind us ar emany years of changes, successes and challenges, and ahead of us – the company’s celebration of an important anniversary and more decades of dynamic development. And what was it like in the beginning?
“We started with one product, and currently we have a portfolio containing several thousand items. Home-based production has developed into two production plants with an annual capacity of 40 million units” – this is Karol Szmich’s summary statement, which comes from an interview published in the latest edition of Puls Biznesu:
Delia Cosmetics has been combining family values, high quality and care for beauty for 25 years. These are the main pillars of the company with Polish origin. Karol Szmich, who has worked for Delia for 15 years, has become the CEO in 2018. Taking over the reins from the founder, Józef Szmich, Karol continues the tradition and, as a successor, bravely leads the business on many global markets. Continuous development of Delia is one of the most important directions chosen by Karol Szmich and at the same time a long-term proces, that allows us to set and implement new goals for the company.
